What are token protected pages?

Token protected pages (TPP) allow anyone to set up a "token gate" or wall that requires fans to hold (not pay) at least a certain amount of tokens to access exclusive or private content hosted on any content platform.

As an example, you can require fans to hold a certain amount of platform tokens to access your private blog on Ghost.io:

Here is how you would do it:

  1. Go to our token protected pages platform.

  2. In "Paste Here a Link to Protect," add a link to a private content that you would like to token gate.

  3. In "Select Token Type," select "Platform tokens"

  4. Under "Select Token & Amount," in Token name/addr, select your platform token.

  5. Under "Select Token & Amount," in amount, add the numeric number of tokens that you would like a fan to at least hold in order to access this link.

  6. In Email for status updates, enter your email address.

  7. Then the platform will generate a DFAME link that you can share anywhere. Upon clicking on the link, fans will need to hold a minimum of the tokens via their individual Twitter account that you specified in order to access.
